Your impact
We’re seeking a Bridge Project Manager to join our Toronto/ Ottawa team and lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex transportation infrastructure projects across Ontario.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering bridge and structural projects that improve mobility, safety, and resilience across the region. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, from concept through construction.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage the delivery of bridge and structural infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction phases
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, civil, geotechnical, and environmental specialists
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Oversee design development, review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical reports
- Collaborate with construction teams to support design-build and alternative delivery projects
- Manage project controls including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
- Support proposal development, business development activities, and client presentations
- Mentor and guide junior and intermediate staff, contributing to team growth and capability development
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, or eligible for licensure
- 8 to 12 years of experience in bridge/structural engineering and project management
- Demonstrated experience leading bridge or transportation infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of design standards, codes (MTO, CSA, AASHTO), and construction practices
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong background in bridge rehabilitation, inspection, or asset management

115,000.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
160,000.00
The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 to $160,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across Ontario, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
