We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of products, accurate order fulfillment, and timely delivery to our valued customers.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in product quantity and quality
- Pick and prepare orders for delivery
- Safely operate company vehicles while delivering products to designated customer locations, following all OH&S requirements
- Operate warehouse equipment (i.e. Forklifts) once appropriate training is complete
- Efficiently organize and put away products within the warehouse, in accordance with inventory process
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies
- Ensure smooth operation within the company’s daily processes and adhering to set standards
- Assist sales staff with product information, such as availability
- Work as a team by interacting and communicating with fellow associates and customers in a cooperative, professional manner
- Other related duties as assigned/required
Required Qualifications:
- Class 5(9A) airbrake driver's license, or willingness to obtain airbrake endorsement
- Clean driving record (current drivers abstract must be provided prior to hire)
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry all items up to 50lbs
- Strong work ethic
