Flexo is currently seeking a Service Technician in Niagara Falls, ON. Ideally we are looking for people that consider themselves handy.
- Install dispensing equipment for new and existing customers in our commercial laundry and ware-wash division
- Repairing and servicing cleaning equipment, installing and maintaining laundry and ware-wash equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to our existing customer base as well as training to the end-user on the system
- Recommend various products based on customer needs
- Complete all required paperwork on a timely basis and maintain inventory levels
- Participate in initial and ongoing training sessions
- Requirements:
- Industry related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa
- Previous business to business commercial sales or outside sales experience
- Light construction experience a plus
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work well independently with minimal supervision
- G class drivers license
- Must be able to provide police background check for vulnerable sector
- Technical experience an asset
- Must be available Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and rotational weekend coverage Job Type: Full-time with Benefits, Company Vehicle and Company Cell Phone
