Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase revenue opportunities
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies for efficient service delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience and foster client loyalty
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- Valid licensing as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with nail specialization
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, gel applications, or acrylics
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Retail sales experience or interest in upselling products is desirable
- Passion for beauty trends, creativity in nail design, and attention to detail
