Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
· Update electronic tracking program AMS (Aircraft Maintenance Systems) to maintain current and accurate accounts for each aircraft ie; Flight Hours, Maintenance, Transcribing into Technical Logs, Defects, Airworthiness Directives, Major Modification Paperwork etc.
· Creating/Managing Work Orders with Operational Costs
· Closing Work Orders and completing QC Audits prior to QA Review
· Onboarding Aircraft/Offboarding
· Importing Aircraft
· Implementing Policies and Procedures to streamline areas of deficiencies within the records department
· Assist with historical and relevant history ie; Previous modifications, repairs, new maintenance requirements
· Annual Airworthiness Report for Transport Canada
· Monthly Hour reports for Accounting
· Assist the DOM with various projects
· Assisting with Internal/External Audits and Corrective Action Plans, Root Cause and Proactive Reporting
· Provide support to the Director of Maintenance, Stores Coordinator, QA Manager and AME's as required
· Liaise with the Operations department and provide data as requested
· Account Creation and Permission granting for AMS
· Review reports and documents of prospective Aircraft for purchase
This position is essential for ensuring that our organization's records are managed efficiently, supporting overall operational success.
Skills:
· Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple projects simultaneously
· Familiarity with CARs 571, 573 & 625, FAA and EASA Regulations
· Proficient in analyzing data
· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in documentation or processes
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate requirements and expectations to team members
· Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to Technical Records
· Mathematically proficient and able to solve complex calculations with regards to engine cycles, RINs, Torque Cycles and other custom cycles as required.
· Previous experience looking after records for Bell 412, 212, 205A1 & 205B, 206L, AS350B-B3, AW139 would be considered a definite asset
· Familiar and Proficient with Microsoft Office ie; Word, Excel, Adobe
· Strong English Language and communication skills (REQUIRED)
· Spanish Language (Asset)
. Aviation Technical Record Experience: 2+ Years (preferred)
. Import / Export Experience (Asset)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.34-$40.17 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
