Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full-Time Medical Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and beauty, providing exceptional guest services while delivering personalized treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with excellent customer service in a welcoming environment. The Medical Esthetician will be responsible for performing advanced skincare procedures, promoting retail products, and ensuring a high level of sanitation and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including hydro facials, laser hair removal, IPL, eyelash extensions, Brow lamination/threading, microneedling, permanent makeup, teeth whitening etc.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on guest needs.
- Deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Educate guests on skincare routines, product demos, and upselling retail products to enhance their experience.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas and equipment.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, check-in/check-out processes, and answering guest inquiries.
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace conducive to a relaxing environment.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Medical Esthetician or Skin Care Specialist.
- Proven experience in various skincare treatments including eyelash extensions and brow services.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments and product benefits clearly.
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully while focusing on guest needs.
- Experience in retail sales, front desk operations, or hospitality is a plus.
- Professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
