We are hiring Sales & Design Consultants who are creative, customer‑focused, and passionate about helping clients transform their homes.
About the Role
As a Sales & Design Consultant, you’ll help customers select furniture and décor that fit their style, needs, and budget. You’ll provide personalized design guidance, support clients through their purchasing journey, and contribute to creating an inspiring showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with furniture and décor selections
- Provide personalized in‑store and in‑home design consultations
- Stay current on design trends, product knowledge, and promotions
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams on showroom displays
Qualifications
- Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, or retail sales (preferred)
- Strong eye for design, colour coordination, and space planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Interior Design diploma or coursework (an asset)
