We work with municipalities, schools, recreation facilities, commercial organizations, contractors, and modular builders throughout Western Canada.
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping customers solve real-world challenges.

Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new customer relationships
- Prospect and identify opportunities within target industries
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Work with internal teams to develop customer solutions
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities
- Stay informed on market trends and customer needs
- Represent Xenali professionally within the Edmonton business community
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong problem-solving and business development skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Experience in construction, building products, commercial furniture, modular construction, architectural products, or related industries is considered an asset.
