We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to provide exceptional therapeutic treatments and create memorable wellness experiences for our guests.
About the Role
As a Registered Massage Therapist at The Spa at Nita Lake Lodge, you will provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each guest’s individual needs. Working as an independent contractor, you will deliver high-quality care while contributing to the calm and welcoming atmosphere our spa is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Review client health histories and consultation forms using the Spa Booker system.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment notes following each appointment.
- Deliver exceptional guest care in a calm and professional treatment environment.
- Communicate effectively with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Follow all professional and regulatory standards for Registered Massage Therapists in British Columbia.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Registered Massage Therapist in British Columbia and in good standing with the appropriate regulatory body.
- Wellness-focused with a strong commitment to guest care.
- Empathetic and service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
- Previous spa or wellness environment experience considered an asset.
- Must maintain appropriate professional licensing and liability insurance.
