Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sewing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality textile products. Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and finish textile products according to specifications
- Monitor machine operation to detect and correct issues promptly, ensuring smooth workflow
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects, making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times during machine operation
- Assist with inventory management by tracking materials used and reporting shortages
Skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise sewing tasks
- Ability to operate sewing machines efficiently and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
