We are seeking a Seasonal Service Administrator for a 6-month contract to support the efficient operation of our Service Department. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and organizing work orders, maintaining accurate documentation, providing administrative support to the service team, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do

Scan, organize, and maintain work orders and related service documentation

Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and properly filed in the system

Assist Service Advisors and technicians with document-related tasks as needed

Support general administrative tasks to help the service department run efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work area for documents and records
