Shop Lead – Cabinet Maker
North Bay Woodwork is looking for an experienced Shop Lead to help keep our shop running smoothly.
This is a hands-on position where you'll manufacture custom cabinetry alongside the team while helping coordinate the day-to-day flow of the shop. You'll answer questions, support the crew, keep production organized, and help ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality standards.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, or a related trade
- Can read shop drawings
- Can organize work and keep production on track
- Leads by example and enjoys solving problems
- Holds a valid G driver's licence
- Speaks and writes fluent English
- Has a clean criminal record check
- Forklift experience is an asset
