The Home Inn & Suites Regina Airport West is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent who is interested in growing with our company. 8 hours shifts will be from 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm and will include weekends with varying weekdays. We are looking for someone with Front Desk Experience in the hotel industry who understands the expectations of this role.

What You'll Do:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Handle guest requests for information, such as directions or recommendations for local attractions
- Operate the hotel phone system, transferring calls and taking messages accurately
- Assist with the night audit process, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Your Background:
- You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly fluency in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Candidates must have excellent English skills and must be legally entitled to work in Canada as the employer does not have a labour market opinion that would support a foreign worker.
