We are seeking a reliable, organized and proactive individual to support a busy household and assist with tasks for three businesses. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing multiple priorities and helping both a home and the businesses operate efficiently.
Hours
● Approximately 20 hours per week to start
● Flexible scheduling based on mutual agreement however morning hours will be required for the most part
● Opportunity for increased hours based on performance, initiative and the positive impact the successful candidate has on the household and the businesses
Household Management
● Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming home environment.
● Daily cleaning of kitchen, floors and business spaces ● Organizing closets, cupboards, storage areas and household items
● Implementing and maintaining organizational systems
● Assisting with decluttering and household projects as needed
Gardening & Outdoor Maintenance● General garden maintenance and seasonal upkeep
● Assisting with light outdoor tasks around the property
Business Support
● Assisting with scheduling, appointments and calendar management
● Running occasional errands related to business operations
● Assisting with social media management and content creation for the businesses
● Creating and organizing photos, videos and other marketing content
● Planning and executing team events, staff appreciation initiatives and company events
● Coordinating customer appreciation events, promotions and client gift programs
● Researching, purchasing, and organizing gifts for clients, staff and special occasions
● Supporting special projects and promotional initiatives as required
Qualifications
● Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, administrator or event coordinator is an asset
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
● Trustworthy, dependable and professional
● Physically able to perform light cleaning and gardening duties
● Social media knowledge and an interest in content creation are considered strong assets
● Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Canva is a bonus
● Creative, resourceful and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, product research and trend analysis is a bonus
Compensation
● Competitive hourly rate based on experience
