Join our team as a Production Crew Member. This is an entry level role designed to help you gain practical experience in hands on work, teamwork, and job site responsibility while contributing to high quality home improvement projects in local neighbourhoods.
You will work on residential exterior and interior painting and staining projects, supporting a crew that focuses on quality, efficiency, and homeowner satisfaction.

Day to Day Duties:
- Assist with painting and staining projects on residential homes
- Prepare work areas including sanding, masking, setup, and cleanup
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and project managers
- Communicate respectfully with teammates and homeowners
- Support timely completion of projects to quality standards
