Newland Builds is expanding and we're looking for experienced Framers and Drywallers to join our growing team. For over 20 years, we've proudly delivered high-quality residential and commercial renovation services throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
We're a busy, reliable company with steady year-round work, and we want skilled tradespeople who take pride in their craft.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in framing AND drywall installation (required, not optional)
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques, layout, and blueprint reading
- Experienced with drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing to a clean, professional standard
- Reliable transportation - must have a vehicle to travel to different job sites across the GTA
- Own basic tools of the trade
- Punctual, hard-working, and able to work well as part of a crew
- Able to communicate clearly in English on the job site

Our projects cover a wide range of services, including:
- Home and business renovations
- Drywall installation, finishing, and painting
- Landscaping, fencing, decks, interlocking, doors, and windows
- Stucco and stonework
Only candidates with 2+ years of verifiable framing and drywall experience will be considered. Please be prepared to discuss past projects during the interview.
