RedLeash Pet Services is expanding. We are looking for a reliable, responsible and energetic dog walker to join our team. Our ideal applicant is passionate about animals, attentive to detail and willing to make a long-term commitment to joining the team, growing and learning in this position.
Requirements:
-Must love dogs
-Experienced with and confident handling dogs of all sizes and breeds.
- Reliable time management skills to ensure punctuality for scheduled walks
- Physical stamina to walk multiple dogs over extended periods in various weather conditions
-Experience with positive reinforcement training (an asset)
-Available during walking hours (9:00am-5:00pm weekdays)
-Must have a smart phone
-Pass a criminal/background check (costs covered by employer)
-Must have an insured vehicle and be willing to put dogs in it.
