We are a retail, wholesale, distribution and online company that sells martial arts and boxing sporting gear and equipment across Canada for over 25 years. Our premises is centrally located in North Langley (Port Kells), within walking distance to food outlets.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Designer to help manage our marketing, branding, website, CRM, graphic design, and communications.
You'll work directly with company leadership to create engaging content that showcases our people, products, services, and company culture. A major focus of this role will be producing videos for customer engagement, product promotions and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Facilitate and manage digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
- Maintain and update our Shopify website.
- Direct and manage our CRM, including customer data, marketing lists, and campaign support.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with and facilitate with a Social Media company we utilise for our Meta Tags, Google Ads and SEO.
Video, Photography & Graphic Design
- Plan and film marketing videos and be able to work with our film editor.
- Capture photos of products, employees, and company activities.
- Design graphics for social media, advertising, email campaigns, and promotional materials and customer requirements.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.
Branding & Communications
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Create engaging marketing content and presentations.
- Help strengthen our online presence through creative storytelling.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to:
- Digital Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Communications
- Digital Media
- Film & Video Production
- Marketing
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video production and editing.
- Photography and graphic design skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Shopify experience.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
