Now, we’re looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales/Client Relations Executive to be the voice of our mission, someone who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth.
Your Role in the Story
You’ll be at the heart of our client engagement strategy, working with our Regional Account Managers from our corporate office in Barrie, Ontario to connect with new, past, and existing clients. You’ll introduce, and yes, reintroduce, our investigative services, build trust, and help clients find clarity in complex situations.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with our Regional and National Account Managers
- Assist with prospecting and engaging with clients provincially, nationally and grow internationally
- Build lasting relationships and deliver tailored solutions
- Assist with preparing proposals, respond to RFPs/RFQs, and attend occasional industry conferences
- Meet and exceed KPIs with confidence and creativity
- Own your sales process from start to finish
Who You Are
- You’ve got 2+ years of inside B2B sales experience, including cold calling and lead generation
- You’re goal-oriented, organized, and love talking to people
- You understand CRMs, KPIs, and the power of great communication
- You’re ready to grow, take ownership, and make an impact
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs accurately
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
