ERP Solution Architect
Rhodium Digital is seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect with deep expertise in enterprise ERP environments and a strong understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint. This role sits at the centre of complex ERP implementations and transformation initiatives across North America and the United Kingdom.
We are looking for a strategic, highly experienced, and collaborative technology professional who can translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated, and sustainable ERP solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep ERP expertise with enterprise architecture thinking, strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to guide complex solution decisions across functional and technical teams.
The ERP Solution Architect will serve as a senior technical and functional authority, ensuring that ERP solutions align with business objectives, enterprise architecture principles, integration requirements, security considerations, and long-term organizational strategy.
Role Summary
The ERP Solution Architect is responsible for defining and overseeing the overall solution architecture for complex Deltek Vantagepoint implementations, transformation initiatives, and ERP optimization programs.
This role will work across Finance, CRM, HRIS, Resource Planning, Project Accounting, Operations, reporting, integrations, automation, and enterprise systems to develop cohesive solutions that support both immediate business requirements and long-term scalability.
The Solution Architect will work closely with project managers, senior consultants, developers, integration specialists, reporting teams, and client leadership to establish solution direction and ensure successful delivery.
Projects are delivered using Rhodium Digital's PLATINUM methodology, a structured governance and delivery framework designed to create clarity, accountability, predictability, and measurable project success.
