Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, cooking, and plating dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
- Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items efficiently during busy service hours
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner when required
- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and restaurant policies to ensure a safe dining environment
Skills
- Experience in cooking, food preparation, or restaurant service is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
