Product Associate

If so, VSP is looking for a Product Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring our product operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Product Associate, you’ll be at the heart of our product lifecycle—from order fulfillment and inventory management to client support and retail floor presentation. You’ll work cross-functionally with Retail, Consignment, and Operations, ensuring our product flow is seamless and our clients experience the highest level of service.
What You’ll Do
Fulfillment & Client Orders

Pull, process, and organize shipments, pickups, and retrievals.
- Support with client communications through the Orders channels
- Support with returns, exchanges, and packaging logistics.
Product Flow & Inventory

Oversee product transfers for sales, special events, and retail replenishment.
- Maintain organized backstock, product displays, and studio-to-retail flow.
- Support product markdowns, audits, and innovative storage solutions.
Client Experience & Collaboration

Partner with Retail, Consignment, and Operations to deliver solutions that uphold VSP’s Elevated Client Experience.
- Identify and resolve client experience opportunities with professionalism and care.
Operational Excellence

Manage fulfillment supplies and support interdepartmental product movement.
- Maintain compliance with store policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Leverage platforms such as ASTRIX, Shopify, Clover, Google Suite, and Canada Post to execute daily responsibilities.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted role.
- Comfort working directly with clients while balancing back-of-house efficiency.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs, move between multiple floors, and remain active on your feet.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
