Dolci Sapori is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pastry Chef Assistant with a passion for authentic Italian pastry. The ideal candidate has experience working in a professional pastry kitchen and is familiar with traditional Italian pastry techniques and products. This role requires someone who is serious about the craft, hardworking, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality pastries with consistency and care.
As a Pastry Chef Assistant, you will support the Pastry Chef in the daily production of Italian desserts and pastries, prepare ingredients and fillings, assist with baking and finishing products, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all products meet Dolci Sapori's high standards of quality and presentation. You will also follow food safety and sanitation practices while working efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment.
The successful candidate is reliable, punctual, eager to learn, and takes pride in preserving the tradition and artistry of Italian pastry. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are essential.
Pay: $19.23-$23.00 per hour
