Summary
We are seeking a Replenishment Associate to join our team at Atlantic Superstore in Quispamsis, N.B.. This role is vital in ensuring that our shelves are stocked and organized, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure shelves are stocked with products in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Assist with merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or similar role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bilingualism is an asset but not mandatory
- Familiarity with merchandising practices is preferred
- Organizational skills to manage stock efficiently
- Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained on the job
