Job Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in high performing fast pace food establishment
- Promptly and efficiently fill orders according to bill flow
- Run various pieces of kitchen equipment
- Able to prepare ingredients, garnishes, sauces to specifications constantly and efficiently
- Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed 100% of the time.
- Control waste and to work to high efficiency with food ingredients.
- Proactively refill the line with ingredients / condiments / supplies.
- Follow a clean as you go mantra to ensure that the kitchen area is always clean and orderly.
- Work professionally, respectfully and efficiently with front and back of house staff.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

- cooking: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
