Overview
We are seeking an Academic and Personal Mentor to invigorate and reengage a bright individual who faced unexpected hurdles this past academic year. The individual has a prior history of success and enjoyment for school. Unfortunately, with a change of environment, we were unable to sustain progress. Our hope is to find someone who will act as the front-facing tutor with guidance & support from the parents, while striving to hit milestones and achieve specific outcomes.

The Ideal Candidate
- University student or recent secondary school graduate.
- Strong foundation in Grade 11/12 Maths & Sciences.
- Strong English writing and editing skills.
- Organized and reliable.
- Patient and supportive.
- Comfortable working with neurodivergent teenagers.
- Able to support executive functioning and planning.
- Able to build rapport and trust.
- Comfortable communicating regularly with parents regarding progress.
We would like to find someone who can begin mid-August to prepare for the 2026-2027 academic year and continue through until the end of June 2027. In-person support is preferred.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
