MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
✔ Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
✔ CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification
✔ Valid CPR & First Aid Certification
✔ Excellent communication and documentation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Experience supporting vulnerable individuals and/or persons with complex needs
✔ Reliable transportation is considered an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide person-centred care and support
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support emotional, behavioural, and social development
- Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports
- Promote safety, dignity, independence, and community inclusion
- Follow individualized support plans, policies, and procedures
