Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Door to Door Supervisor to lead our field sales team. This role involves managing direct customer interactions, overseeing sales activities, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background in B2B sales, marketing, or technical sales. Fluency in English and other languages is preferred to effectively engage with diverse client bases. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic business development and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a team of door-to-door sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct direct customer engagement through door-to-door visits, ensuring professional and persuasive communication
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Manage B2B sales processes, including negotiations, proposal presentations, and closing deals
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Provide ongoing training and support to team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service issues promptly
- Report on sales performance metrics regularly to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or technical sales roles, preferably with experience in technology or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is highly desirable
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, marketing, or telemarketing environments
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Business development experience with a track record of expanding market reach and increasing revenue streams
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high levels of motivation and performance standards
- Valid driver’s license preferred for field operations
