Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chicken Deboner/Fish Monger to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess strong meat cutting skills. As a Chicken Deboner, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meat products for our customers, ensuring that all food safety standards are met. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional service and quality to our clientele.
Duties
- Cut, trim, debone, and portion chicken/seafood for manufacturing and wholesale
- Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently, if required
- Inspect meat quality and report any inconsistencies or issues
- Work efficiently to meet daily quotas and timelines
Skills
- Comfortable working in cold environments
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
Work time: 6 days per week. (Part time will also be considered)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.10-$28.00 per hour
