Wild Earth Farms is located Northeast of Winnipeg between Bird’s Hill Provincial Park and Oakbank. We run a Community Supported Agriculture Program and supply select restaurants and retail stores. We have a great team atmosphere while producing high quality fresh vegetables and herbs for the Winnipeg area
We are seeking a Full Time Team Member with a focus as a Delivery Driver. You will deliver vegetables to grocery stores and restaurants in WInnipeg and surrounding area as well as help with harvesting, washing and packing vegetables on non-delivery days.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport vegetables and produce to various locations
- Load and unload deliveries, often requiring heavy lifting and moving of crates or bags
- Communicate clearly and professionaly with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices at all times
- Assist with vegetable storage organization and inventory management when not on delivery routes
- Assist with harvesting produce and washing and packing vegetables onn non-delivery days
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven experience in driving or delivery services
- Ability to lift and move heavy crates and bags of produce.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Prior delivery experience and experience driving a truck and trailer is an asset but not a requirement.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively during busy routes
- Interest in sustainable agriculture is also an asset
Pay: $18.00-$20.95 per hour
