Previous experience in the wireless or electronics industry is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in-store
- Assist customers with purchasing phones, laptops, tablets, accessories, and other electronics
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up when needed
- Assist with buying pre-owned devices from customers
- Perform basic device setup and data transfer
- Learn smartphone, tablet, and laptop repair techniques (training provided)
- Assist technicians with repairs and quality checks as skills develop
- Meet sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for technology and electronics
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and tablets
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
- Honest, reliable, and punctual
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
