Position: Overnight Team Leader (entry level management)
Location: 733 Central Parkway W.
Hours: Open Availability is preferred of all applicants. MON - SUN
20-44 hours a week.
Job Description:
A&W maintains teams of highly motivated staff in order to oversee operations and guide entry-level employees through daily responsibilities. Team leaders working for the well renounced chain routinely train newly hired associates, place supplies orders, and ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain sales and production.
Additional Job Duties
Specific job titles falling under the category of management include team leaders, shift supervisor, assistant manager, and store manager. Shift supervisors may work part-time or full-time, depending on the specific needs of our location.
Depending on the category of management the following may apply; processing payroll, updating time sheets, demonstrating protocol, tracking supply and shipment orders.
its is also the responsibility of our team Leaders to work in the kitchen or front as necessary in order to keep staff on track.
