Account Coordinator - Corporate Parternships
ARAG Legal Solutions Inc., part of the ARAG Group, is a global leader in legal expense insurance operating in 19 countries offering an innovative and comprehensive range of legal expense products and services for brokers, underwriting agents and insurers across Canada.
Under the guidance of the Vice President Sales, Corporate Partnerships and in conjunction with the Senior Account Manager, the Account Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and supporting Account Managers expand business with Corporate Partners (CP). This role is for a current vacancy.
What Will You Do?
Account Management Review and Renewal Administration
- Scheduling and administering our Account Management Review and Renewal process.
Reporting
- Monthly and Quarterly Report generation.
Conference and Event Coordination
- Project manage industry convention attendance and infrastructure.
- Travel and attendance at various industry and networking events as required.
Departmental Support and Administration
- Support our Account Management Team in the handling of existing Corporate Partners.
- Liaise with various internal departments such as Underwriting, Marketing, Claims on behalf of the Account Management Team.
- Handling internal and external Marketing material items (presentation decks, promotional material etc.)
- Handle general Corporate Partner enquiries by either phone or email and act as a secondary point of contact.
- Various project work as needed.
About You
- College diploma or university degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in Sales or Customer Service with a good understanding of account management principles and techniques.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proactive approach to developing and maintaining relationships with partners, brokers and colleagues.
- Comfortable creating a professional rapport with partner clients and colleagues.
- High degree of drive and ability to take initiative to get the required work done and meet deadlines through the application of time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including strong Excel skills).
- Ability to analyze and identify data trends with supporting commentary.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to exercise judgment on matters requiring urgent attention.
- Capability to influence peers and decision makers, and to handle objections and obstacles.
