We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance their experience.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring that products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all sales are processed correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Educate customers about responsible use of cannabis products and any relevant legal regulations.
- Comfortable working alone.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and uphold company values.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; experience in the cannabis industry is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining inventory and product displays.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Leadership qualities that contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
- A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
