The Driveline Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization, appearance, and movement of vehicles throughout the dealership. The Driveline Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by supporting the efficient flow of vehicles.
What You’ll Do:
Warm Welcome: Greet customers with energy and friendliness, ensuring their visit begins with a positive experience.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding support by answering questions, offering guidance, and addressing customer needs promptly.
Automotive Walkarounds: Perform basic vehicle walkarounds to identify any obvious concerns or service needs.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude is an asset.
Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to drive a manual car – is an asset
What We Offer:
Compensation: $18 per hour, based on experience, plus performance-based incentives and benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
