Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber or Apprentice Plumber to join our team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, construction experience, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. Whether you are a licensed Journeyman or an eager Apprentice, this position offers opportunities for growth and skill development within a professional environment committed to quality workmanship and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair and maintain residential plumbing systems
- Water heater installation and replacement
- Repiping (PEX, Copper)
- Drain and sewer repairs
- Fixture installation
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle
- Complete service reports and job documentation
Experience
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing, HVAC, repiping, or maintenance is highly desirable
- Construction experience including carpentry, welding, or general building trades is a plus
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading, and basic math skills required
- Prior experience working with heavy lifting or assembly tasks is beneficial
- Knowledge of schematics and ability to interpret technical drawings is preferred
- Candidates with experience in welding or working with HVAC systems will have an advantage
- Apprenticeship programs or on-the-job training in plumbing or related fields are welcomed; licensed Journeyman plumbers are encouraged to apply
