WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Employee and Labour Relations Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the organization in addressing workplace challenges and managing a wide range of labour relations matters. You will provide expert advice and practical solutions on both operational and corporate issues, while also representing the organization in more complex or escalated cases, including those that proceed to litigation.
