Responsibilities:

Customer Service/ Relationship Management – Interacting directly with customers regarding questions, issues, concerns where they require support

Customer Operational Support – Working directly with internal partners to assist with the resolution of customer issues

Compliance Monitoring – Monitoring compliance processes and control requirements
-
Operational Support – review daily exception file to determine operational issues and assisting with ad-hoc operational tasks
-
GL Reconciliation - Perform month-end/ad-hoc reconciliations with accuracy for our Finance Partners

UAT Testing – Conduct testing for new merchant onboarding; document findings
Must-Have Skills:
-
3-5 years customer service experience with demonstrated customer service delivery
-
2–3 years of operations support experience
-
Proven soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage escalations professionally and empathetically

Strong Excel proficiency: Comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, data sorting/filtering, and exception file analysis

Attention to detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in reconciliations and exception files

Adaptability: Comfort with varied daily tasks and changing priorities
-
Handle customer support calls and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and client issues professionally.

Strong customer-facing experience: Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and effectively navigate internal systems to resolve customer concerns.

Quick learner with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Financial services familiarity: Experience supporting financial products or payment systems preferred

FinTech experience
-
UAT testing experience
-
Experience with SQL
