Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our growing practice. This role is suited for a lawyer with strong civil litigation experience who is comfortable managing complex matters, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued development of the firm’s litigation practice.

Manage complex civil litigation files from commencement through resolution

Provide strategic guidance on litigation matters and case strategy

Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate associate lawyers

Review pleadings, motions, and other litigation materials prepared by associates

Represent clients in motions, hearings, and court proceedings

Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on litigation matters

Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and client service initiatives

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

5–10+ years of civil litigation experience at a law firm
-
Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Ontario court processes

Experience managing complex litigation files and supervising junior lawyers

Strong advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills

Experience in real estate, estate, or corporate/commercial litigation is considered an asset.

Salary: $120,000 – $200,000, depending on experience
