Paper Lantern is an award-winning cocktail bar in Calgary's Chinatown. We're looking for a bartender who thrives in a fast, fun environment and genuinely enjoys the work.
We cross-train everyone — bar, floor, all of it. You'll need to be comfortable doing both. We're happy to train on our menu but you should already know your way around a bar.
What we're looking for:
Experience in high volume service, solid spirits knowledge, good instincts, team mentality. Confident on the floor and behind the bar — we need someone who can do both.
What the job looks like:
Taking care of guests, knowing the menu, keeping up with the pace, showing up for your team. Our cocktail program is prep-intensive — expect juice work, syrups, and mise en place as part of every shift.
Tipped position
Part time — 2 to 3 shifts per week. Wed–Sun availability required
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
