A growing legal practice is seeking an Associate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation to join its team. Employment law experience is preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position located in downtown Toronto, conveniently accessible by public transit.

Qualifications
Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of civil litigation (trial) experience.
Employment law experience preferred.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills.
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Comfortable using AI and legal technology tools to enhance efficiency.
Ability to independently manage files and meet deadlines.
Client-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
