Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality food service. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and food assembly under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
- Support food safety and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Help with basic cooking tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Serve dishes to customers or assist servers during meal service as needed
- Maintain organized storage of ingredients and supplies
- Support the team in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment
Skills
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or kitchen work is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to assist with cooking and meal preparation tasks efficiently
- Strong understanding of food industry standards and restaurant operations
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food service and kitchen management
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory

Additional Requirements
- Basic English communication required for kitchen coordination.
- Ability to communicate in Persian (Farsi) is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with meat and hot equipment (grill, ovens, fryers).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Reliable and punctual with good work ethic.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.

- Experience in Middle Eastern or Mediterranean kitchens
