About Us
At Four Timbers Renovations, we don’t just renovate, we bring new life into homes and help families love their spaces again. From basements and suites to bathrooms, kitchens, and painting, we focus on projects that truly make a difference in people’s everyday lives.
About The Position
We're growing, and we're looking for a Journeyman Carpenter who's ready to work independently, with regular check-ins rather than close supervision. You'll be trusted to run your own day-to-day work and keep things aligned with the Project Manager and our Lead Carpenter.
As you settle in and prove you've got our processes and standards down, you'll take on an apprentice of your own and start building our second crew. This is a real growth opportunity for someone who wants more responsibility, some mentorship experience, and the chance to grow into a Lead role down the road.
