We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who combines strong dealership knowledge with outstanding communication skills. If you enjoy connecting with people as much as you enjoy helping them, we'd love to meet you.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional Guest experience and building lasting customer relationships
- The ability to communicate with confidence, empathy, and professionalism, creating trust with every Guest
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing demands
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm, positive, and solution-focused
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in every aspect of your work
- A collaborative, team-first attitude and a willingness to support your colleagues to achieve shared success
- A valid Ontario Class G Driver's License
What You'll Do
- Greet every Guest promptly and provide professional, courteous service
- Listen carefully to Guest concerns, ask thoughtful questions, and accurately identify vehicle service needs
- Prepare estimates for repairs and maintenance, including anticipated completion times
- Obtain Guest approval for all repair orders and any additional recommended services
- Keep Guests informed throughout the repair process and communicate any changes in scope, timing, or cost
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time and on schedule
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy, proper completion, pricing, and legibility
- Explain completed repairs and associated charges to Guests, ensuring there are no surprises
- Follow up with Guests after their visit to confirm satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
- Contact Guests regarding upcoming appointments and scheduled maintenance recommendations
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, striving to resolve inquiries during the first interaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair order updates
