We are seeking a Service Advisor who is organized, personable, and passionate about helping Guests maintain and repair their vehicles with confidence.
What You'll Do
- Greet every Guest promptly and provide professional, courteous service.
- Listen carefully to Guest concerns, ask thoughtful questions, and accurately identify vehicle service needs.
- Prepare estimates for repairs and maintenance, including anticipated completion times.
- Obtain Guest approval for all repair orders and any additional recommended services.
- Keep Guests informed throughout the repair process and communicate any changes in scope, timing, or cost.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time and on schedule.
- Review completed repair orders for accuracy, proper completion, pricing, and legibility.
- Explain completed repairs and associated charges to Guests, ensuring there are no surprises.
- Follow up with Guests after their visit to confirm satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
- Contact Guests regarding upcoming appointments and scheduled maintenance recommendations.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, striving to resolve inquiries during the first interaction.
- Maintain accurate documentation and repair order updates.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1 year Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required, and candidates with exceptional customer service experience and strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- An approachable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support fellow employees.
- A valid Ontario Driver's License.
