We are currently seeking a Full-Time Term Billing Clerk to join our team at the Winnipeg Head Office.
Term Position
Hours: 10:00p.m - 6:30a.m
The Billing Clerk is responsible for alphanumeric data entry of bills of lading into the software accounting program.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Enters bills and invoices into the software system
- Minimum bills entered per hour 40
- Maximum error rate 2%
- Administer delivery detail in Customer TMS
- Scans pro bills into the Accordex imaging system
- Reviews an data entry for accuracy
- Ensures and proofs scanned reports
- Participate in cross-training for other departmental functions
- Practices safe work initiatives
- Partakes in team activities
- Support the billing team in daily operations
Qualifications
Completion of High School, with a minimum typing speed of 50-70 words per minute, accurately. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, with previous data entry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and computer skills. Knowledge of the transportation industry is considered an asset.
Physical Requirements
Some of the physical demands may include, but not be limited to: pro-longed sitting and using a computer and telephone for entire shift etc.
