Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and B2B sales strategies to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and provide detailed product information to clients, ensuring a personalized sales experience.
- Negotiate deals effectively, utilizing strong communication skills and retail math expertise to close sales efficiently.
- Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
- Support the sales process by upselling accessories, warranties, and additional services to maximize dealership revenue.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service, public speaking engagements, and ongoing communication.
- Assist in marketing efforts by participating in promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals while adhering to dealership policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or related fields such as dealership experience or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and marketing strategies.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional appearance and phone etiquette.
