- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit

- Coordinate with Shop Manager to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
Experience
- Good mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership or repair shop
- Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience handling cash transactions and operating point-of-sale systems
As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle maintenance needs, scheduling appointments, and coordinating repairs with our team of skilled technicians.
In addition to your customer service skills, you should have a good mechanical background or desire to learn, and be knowledgeable about automotive repair processes. Your ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers will be essential in helping them understand the recommended services for their vehicles.
