We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. Duties
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Assemble parts and components as needed for repairs or replacements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Assist in heavy lifting when necessary to move parts or vehicles within the shop.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is required; dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive systems.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client interactions and satisfaction.
- Ability to read schematics and technical documents related to automotive repair.
