At MAG Roofing, we’re committed to delivering high-quality roofing solutions while building strong, reliable teams. We’re looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman who can confidently lead on-site operations, perform detailed inspections, and ensure every project meets our standards.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on-site
- Conduct roof inspections to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
- Oversee daily operations and keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work meets company standards and safety regulations
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain organization of materials, tools, and job sites

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of on-site roofing experience
- Proven experience conducting roof inspections
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat roofing, etc.)
- Experience leading and managing crews
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
